Zirconium is a relatively new metal in this type of jewelry and has characterisitcs similar to Titanium:both are highly resistant to heat and corrosion and very durable.
Unlike Titanium, however, Zirconium rings are scratch resistant. This is due to the fact that when heat is applied to it, it forms a black oxidized coating around its surface making it scratch resistant and equal in strength to sapphires.
Our Zirconium rings have the same hypoallergenic qualities as our Titanium rings. It does not tarnish like silver and it doesn't leave stain on the body. It has its own unique stylish quality and comfortable look.
