Information on our products
The following section has been created for our customers as a tool for guidance and knowledge regarding our products. We want our customers to be sure they are getting the highest quality of jewelry on the market. The following are typical questions found to be unanswered. We hope this guides you to being more comfortable in evaluating and choosing jewelry.

What is 316L Stainless Steel?
316L is the highest grade of surgical stainless steel in the jewelry market. A very unique feature about it is that it won't change color, leave stains on your body, and does not require any maintenance. In fact, it is so good at resisting fade, rust and corrosion, that this grade of steel is used in architecture and marine environments.

What is 925 Sterling Silver?
Before we look at what 925 silver is, we must first consider the properties of this fascinating metal. Pure silver is extremely malleable and therefore can easily damage. It also softens over time, even at room temperature. This state of silver is useless for jewelry. In order to avoid problems of malleability, and thus to increase the life-span of your jewelry, other metals are added to the pure silver. This results in having the silver far more resistant to scratching and damage.

.925 basically is a combination of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper (sometimes copper-like metals). 925 Sterling Silver is the most common and highest quality of silver used in the jewelry industry. Our Sterling Silver is rhodium plated, which prevents the silver from changing colors or tarnishing. The addition of copper helps enhance your silver jewelry and does not detract from its quality.

What is Titanium?
Like steel, it will not fade and it is nearly as strong as platinum when it comes to corrosion. It is 43% lighter than steel but just as strong and comfortable.  Its strength, resistance to heat, and light-weight makes titanium not only great for jewelry, but also for naval ships, spacecrafts, golf clubs, and laptops.

What is Carbon Fiber?
Carbon Fiber has the highest specific tensile strength of all the reinforced composite materials, and it has a high strength to weight ratio and low coefficient of thermal expansion. The density of carbon fiber is also much lower than the density of steel. Basically, carbon fiber takes the form of thousands of long, thin strands of material which are mostly composed of carbon atoms.  It is a super accent when applied to jewelry, giving the jewelry a very exquisite look and feel!
