We welcome returns and exchanges of all unused items in their original packaging within 3 days of the delivery date. We will not accept returns or exchanges past 3 days of delivery date. All returns and exchanges must be in unworn condition and in original packaging. All returns and exchanges must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded and all returns are subjected to 25% restocking fee. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only. We will email you a copy of the refund (store credit) as soon as we are done processing your return.
You can call us at 818-563-6230 or e-mail us at email@example.com to obtain an RMA number. Please contact us before sending anything out. Unsolicited returns without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Please make sure that you include the Invoice/Order number and RMA number printout inside the package and ship only with a track able service. We will not be responsible for packages lost during transit.
